BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBOR HOOD...goood thursday morning..brrr outside 30 with wind chill like 23..suppose to get up to 50s today..have to wait an see on that..

did 2 rides yesterday totaling 21 plus miles..starting to get more into riding the trainer..even though from time to time its been nice enough outside to ride..just in no big hurry to take the road bike off the trainer an then set it back on it..only a 1 or 2 min dismantle from trainer..just the idea of taking it off..for a nice ride outside only to have to be inside next day..easier to keep riding inside until its decent enough to enjoy the outside on a regular basis..

sister said she had a great birthday yesterday...she said it was a heck of a nicer one then last years..she had the flu..so yeah i imagine it was a nicer one..lol..she put rest of her cake in freezer for later eating..shes going out with a friend tonight to have her first carb overload..since she started on jan 26..shes had plans to do it ..but things change..stuff comes up with friends..plans change..shes in no hurry to get outta the clean habit shes gotten into ..

plan today..get on trainer an do another ride or 2..already half way to my weekly goal..putting in 20 miles a day..doesnt take long to get it in an over with..might take tomarrow off an rest..not sure yet..dont really feel that tired this week from riding..im thinkin maybe body is finally adjusting to being off the sugar..its just one of them take it day by day an see how body feels..

well first tea with heavy whipped cream is gone..mmmmmm good...only way to start a day...so...HAVE A GREAT DAY...KEEP IT MOVING...
