Happy New Week, my Best Buddies!

My foot is healing and the pain is slowly reducing - but not yet enough to be at the gym. It is depressing for me because my plan is to do seated bench workouts on upper body moves. I have to avoid pressure on the foot.

I feel like I could be doing my workout but my husband says, "Geez, your surgery was one week ago." I see the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow and hope he clears me for seated bench work.

I am still logging all food and hope to start moving back in control of my macros.

Short Range Goals:
* Return to LCHF - with slight increase in protein - Jan 28 2017
* Original goal weight on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - March 31 2017
* Work with trainer to modify workouts after FOOT SURGERY Dec. 19th
* Drink at least 12 - 14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2017
*Bodyfat at 20% or less (Current 24.5%)by year end
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-156lbs staying under goal weight
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

I am hoping the doctor gives you clearance tomorrow as well...you are a "doer" and not doing is not something you handle well. It won't be long and you will be once again writing about your workouts and causing me to feel nothing but sheer lazy:)

Maybe check out some of the You-tube sitting workouts? When I had foot surgery last year, I liked Diane Toth's workouts for after foot surgery. Hope you get well soon anyway.

Thanks! I know what to do fro my workouts - just have not yet gone back to the gym to do it because of pain after surgery - will see doctor today though!
