Happy New Week, my Best Buddies!
My foot is healing and the pain is slowly reducing - but not yet enough to be at the gym. It is depressing for me because my plan is to do seated bench workouts on upper body moves. I have to avoid pressure on the foot.
I feel like I could be doing my workout but my husband says, "Geez, your surgery was one week ago." I see the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow and hope he clears me for seated bench work.
I am still logging all food and hope to start moving back in control of my macros.
