Happy Weekend, my Best Buddies!
We just got home from our vacation - we had a great time traveling around southern Utah with Las Vegas as our base; but got stranded on both flights coming home. Vegas had a strong wind weather alert which grounded us for six hours, then we were stranded overnight in Denver due to snow. It took 24 hours to make it home! I am exhausted - too old to sleep in an airport!
I ate many foods I wanted to eat - and logged it all! When off my program, I eat around 2000 calories! I did lift weights and elliptical three times while we were gone. Foot surgery is Monday!
