baaaabrrrrr...27.. goood morning ..gettin in the mood to head to walmart..get the weekly list picked up once again...then do my morning ride later this morning once the sun comes up an gets alittle more of the chill off the roadways...just need 8 miles to hit my 84 for the week...at the moment stayin inside sounds better...but just like yesterday when i went riding an it was just alittle bit warmer...if you dress warm which i do...after the first 2 blocks an the initial shock of just how cold it is with the air rushing by you...your body gets use to it an as the ride is progressing your thinkin...how far do i want to ride today...dont get me wrong with the wind blowin yesterday..yes it was a cold ride..but as usual when i came home an undressed i had wet long johns on under the other layers of clothing...an i rode with everything covered but my eyes an nose...so i was nice an warm...

those 100 dollar thermo bibs i bout...well worth every penny...when they get worn out..il be investing in another pair...for the next season...well i think tea is done...so gonna go an weigh in..hate weighin in anymore cause the scales just shows a number thats not even close to how the clothes are fitting...i log my weight everyday on a calendar that i keep...but i also know the weight fluctuates from one day to the next...im doing the beast challenge..im stickin with the meal plan but weight...just isnt showing on the scales...o well...booo whoo...life goes on...have a great one...

Good for you, getting out and riding. I've stopped weighing every day. The weight bounces up and down too much, and it's demoralizing. I go by how my clothes are fitting, and how I feel. Got a question for you: do you really eat the same thing every day?

yes almost every day have same food...yesterday i did have a marie callendars just to warm me up from cold ride...i burned it off by end of the day anyways....just easier to eat same stuff...lol...creature of habit...what ever is in meun is what i eat...i might set it up day before..and if i eat differently i go back in later an add or take out what i did or didnt eat...i try an keep my food journal as close as i can..just in case i want to look back an see why or why not weight is releasing....

I can see how it would be easier, but I would get so bored! Heck, I can't even eat leftovers, unless I put them in the freezer for at least a month. LOL!

i love food to...but...if i eat carbs..i gain weight...ive tried to sneak in carbs from time to time...an i just cant eat them on a regular basis...leftovers are always better the second day...mmmmm...back from ride...its a cold 48...getting ready to eat my one meal and get warm...hit my goal an then some..ended up with 89.3 miles...5.3 more then i needed for the week...gonna warm up an kick back...
