happy friday fs... just got home from my morning workout..an actually i was ready to leave an get it over with this morning..i think the fact that rain was showing up on the weather map might of had something to do with it..as i rode i could see lightening in the north west this morning an it was darker from the cloud cover...i get my ride over with..get in the house to see where the rain is..an its been postponed till 1230..duh..

decided to try an eat more calories..see if that will get my little dot on my weight chart to head down once again...i had been thinkin i cut my calories to much..its one of those things where you get in the habit of tweaking here an ther..tryin to eat the healthiest you can..an you tweak to much...talked to a fs buddy an she suggested more calories..like i said..something hard for my mind to grasp..but il give it a try...sooooo...just had first cup of coffee...gonna head to kitchen an get breakfast over with..

bike stats for today
12.96 miles
14.8 top speed
10.3 ave speed
75 minute ride
65.09 miles for 4 days..i can tell im not refreshed like i would be if i took a day off

but plan is to ride less its raining...so...

Glad to see you talked to someone about the calories, I was not trying to critical, just concerned. I try to do my best to update FS but sometimes I grab something before bed and never update here. But normally I aim for 1100-1300. For me its a little different, being Diabetic so I snack between meals (yogurt/cheese) to help maintain my blood sugar from peaking or dropping (my Yogurt is 0% to cut down on fat intake) are also a source of Milk as I don't care for it. Was wondering what type of bike you ride, Hybrid, road, MTB, Comfort. Been looking getting one myself, found a great site that "bikes direct" just need to put the money together and make a choice. But this late in my biking season I may just put it off till over the winter and just keep walking till then.
