jimmiepop..where was you.. gooood mornin fs..i didnt get outta bed till 345am..was really expecting it to be raining..was thinkin i would get a day of rest..so naturally when i got up an it wasnt raining..well..at 415am..was tryin to get in the mood to go riding..no jimmiepop ...guess he slept in today...finally got out the door at 431am...close to when i usually get down the road...told myself i would just do an hour ..thats around 12-13 miles...like i said just was tired an not in the mood...well as i rode i could see lighting in the north..the weather map on internet was showin rain 45 minutes north of us..bad storms even..so i was thinkin..i can mabye get my ride in before the rain hits..well..never did rain...i did my ride with no jimmiepop today..in fact i did a 21.08 mile ride in 1:46 fasted i have ever rode that far..use to take me 2 hours to do a 20 mile ride..so the one hour HIT rides have definitely helped alot...

my weight was down this morning..if i hadnt a gone riding..it would of been up by a pound..

first cup of coffee latte is gone...an its lookin really blue in the north..weather channel is sayin rain by 8-9am..dont matter my workout is over for the day ..glad i went..but a struggle to get it done at the time..

what time do you go to bed ,to get up so early??

i usually go to bed at 730pm..dependin on whats on tv to keep me amused..just wake up at 330 or so...dependin on if im riding the next day or not..best time to go is 430am..no traffic to speak of...an if there is you can see it for blocks away...get a workout over with an have rest of the day to do whatever...

omg i guess you do wake up at that time. i go to bed 11pm or 12mn still wake up at o600 then 0700 usually give up by 0730 and day starts or atleast morning meds and coffee, and stuff around the house. never ready for going out to somewhere before 10am. which is sad as i liked the water arobics class but just could not make it there by 0900.

i get tired of flippin the remote tryin to find something to keep me amused..seen so many movies..i can watch just part of it..an i know if ive seen it or not..i usually catch movies half way thru em...an have to wait for them to come on again to see the whole thing..lol...
