Good morning. It's Monday, and it's Halloween! Halloween is slowly coming to Denmark, and this year probably more than ever before. There are more fun stuff out for sale, and more things to do for the kids like pumpkin carving etc.

Wife and I LOVE Halloween (I know, you're SHOCKED, aren't you? lol...), it's like our Christmas. We don't go overboard and all crazy, and here in Denmark there isn't a whole lot of trick or treaters either. But we enjoy the fall weather, the cold that is slowly creeping in on us, the dead leaves in the streets, and of course a full month of horror movies! I am pretty sure that tonight's treat will be Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow, that's pretty much tradition around here.

Yesterday we saw a new show called Grimm, and it was pretty cool. Seems to be kinda "monster hunter vs. evil" with a Grimm Brothers twist. The girls who were kidnapped by the baddies in the first episodes were all wearing red hoodies, and the predator was a werewolf. Get it? :)

So, I survived the weekend splurging and did pretty good, though I had to feed the munchies yesterday. I did great on yesterday's food, and ended up WAY too low on my calories. Being Sunday, I also suffered for the Munchies (I always get that after Saturday's Indulgence Day), and I had chocolate and low calorie ice cream. I didn't go over my RDI, so I am pretty proud of that - I could have kept going all day, but decided to be a big boy and stop while I was ahead of the game.

Wife and I went to a business convention here in my little town. Local businesses presenting their products and having a bunch of good sales. We didn't buy anything, but we did have a nice afternoon going there. We decided to look into some little 1-2-3-day trips both within Denmark but also maybe going to a couple of the other European countries now and then. They're pretty affordable, and sound like a nice way to travel. Wife and I don't own a car, so sometimes we're a little too prone to just stay here at home. We gotta make sure we enjoy life while we have it, right! :)

Anyways, busy day coming up at work in a couple of hours. I really don't feel like going, but what can one do - right? I know it'll be alright once I'm there. It's just the weekend whispering in my ear that it's not done with me. :)

Have a great day, everyone! Go scare the hell out of some kid that doesn't expect it. It's Halloween, and you'll give them a memory (or trauma) they'll never forget. That's what Halloween's all about.

Life is good!

Your right KingKeld... You've gotta enjoy life while you can - who knows what's round the corner. Besides.... You need to show off the "new you". Have a great Halloween

We were actually joking the other day, I was saying that if I was gonna go trick or treating, it would be fun to dress up as a fat man and look as I used to. :)

Ha ha ha... Great idea.. You would have to strap a good few bags of potatoes around you, so you have a true "experience" of how it used to be. Not sure you would be able to walk around though LOL
