not sure whats going on goooooood mornin everyone...got on the scales at 330am when i woke..an weight is up..i usually dont weigh in here until closer to 6 ..so gonna hold off..even though i dont think its gonna matter that much..no i didnt cheat..have been very good about stayin off salt an sugar..im thinkin its just water weight..i did drink more water yesterday..an i have noticed that my blue jean shorts are gettin looseer..so guessing the scales arent gonna tell me the whole story...not really to worried about it..i did go for a very short walk this morning..couple of blocks before the muscle behind my knee started tellin me that was far enough..i can ride a bike an it not bother me..i walk at a very slow pace..an it does bother me...so..anyways home again...another hot humid day today with severe storms on the way they say..have a great day an thanks for the suppport...

Totally normal. I lose most when asleep. Always a huge diff between 0300 and 0600 for me. Often even more if I can sleep in to 0700 or later.

I always lose more weight in the early hours than at any other time of the day :)

ty doobrie...early morning..im usually still fasting..weight is still comin off right before meal time..after that the race is on once again to work it off...
