gonna hold off goood mornin everyone...gonna hold off on weighing in this mornin for a few hours yet...hoping to drain so more salt that i ate yesterday..also had a candy bar..just couldnt stop my hand from pickin it up at counter as i paid for stuff at walmart..really after being off the chocolate for some time..it wasnt as good as it use to be..kinda lost the taste...i weighed last night before i went to bed..i weighed 324...drank lots of water yesterday for my need of salt an chocolate..last time i weighed while ago i was down to 318.8..so im hopin to record close to my 317.8..so mabye it wont be to much of a gain...o well..thats what happens when you feel the urge to give in...im still thinkin i can hit my 300 by end of the month or close to it...then i just have to get back in the habit of wakin up earlier again..slept 11 hours last night..not sure why..guess i needed it...well..im done babblin...so have a great one...and thanks for stoppin by...

ty pippy..i had hard boiled eggs in fridge..but not what i was craving..next time..grab eggs instead of chocolate..

I recently started eating sliced avocado sprinkled with salt. I was pleasantly surprised at the salty taste. It Was as satisfying as I remember a whole bag of chips. You do have to consider the calories, but the density of the avocado is quite filling which helps to drive away the cravings/urges. Have a great Monday.

as far as cravings go..i dont have alot of cravings anymore..with the low carb..the cravings are gone..just one of them days i couldnt control my hand when i got to the checkout..

the house is clean of all junk food once again..took care of that yesterday..hence the gain today..just a bump to this long journey

Don't worry we all have those urges for that last-minute chocolate bar but you're going to be okay today is a new day and weigh in will be good.

Water is good and don't worry about the chocolate, I have that problem every once in a while too.

sounds like a good idea pippy..almost all sugar is gone from my house cept for salad dressing and i water it down..an i get more salad dressin an save money..things you learn on here..lol...ty pam..yeap..i be slosshin today from another day of getting my water intake...

ty lucky..i dont get the urge for chocolate like i did several weeks ago when i went cold turkey on chocolate..cut out as much of the sugar as i could..an the weight just kept fallin off..and no exercise to speak of either..amazing...i should be sellin this on tv an internet ...

It will probably take a couple of days to flush out the salt, especially if it's as hot at your house as at mine. I drink 6, sometimes more, bottles of water a day and sometimes still have swelling. It's hot here and I sweat a lot at work. Gotta even out good and bad amounts of salt. Amazing how much is in processed foods, which is why I pretty much gave them up.
