happy dance gooooood morning fs world..doin my happy dance ..got the salt outta my body from couple days ago when i opened a bag of pork rinds an endulged..mmmmm they was good but like potato chips you just cant eat one portion size...and you cant eat em and not get enough water to chase the salt outta your system...so lesson learned eat em when you wake up so you can get em flushed outta your system by the time you go to bed..lol..cut grass yesterday morning..went out at 9am to beat the heat..but by 10am it was already getting hot an humid...glad i came in after that..did go back out later to spray the weeds an grass...but didnt stay out any longer then i had to..plan today is to head back out early...an spray somemore of what i didnt get done yesterday..just keep up an moving is my game plan...dont always work like that..but at 5am...thats the plan..lol..well just heard the tea shut off..time to get up an have a cup of tea an get this day started...have a great one...
318.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ty carmen..i went back thru my food journal yesterday and was lookin at what i was eating on the days i was in a downward spiral...its there...why not use it..

I find my food and activity logs very helpful. I can visually see what works and what doesn't. It's there to use and FREE.

ty wish, an engel...i find that journaling my food is a great way of keeping a better track of why my wieght goes up or down..and by using the food journal you can add food an see what the best choices are before you eat it and find out later you shouldnt have..lol
