Didn’t show a loss yesterday …gooooood mornin eveyone…I was down on myself yesterday cause I was almost sure I would be showing a loss…and when I got on the scales an didn’t show any difference, then I was cursing out the scales…poor scales…I know that I wont always show a loss..but at same time I know its comin off and I guess its part of expecting to see a loss..its something I have to work thru.. the fact that the scales only tell part of the story…and its hard to remember that…I have to remember that as long as im eating healthy..then I will lose….and I know that..BUT THEM DANG SCALES DON’T MAKE IT ANY EASIER OR HELP WHEN THEY DON’T SHOW A LOSS!!!...I did keep my cool however...lest I dint jump on em till they died on me like the last set I had…later on Wednesday afternoon I was thinkin…I didn’t show a loss on the scales..so ..wonder if I might of lost in inches…WHOOP …WHOOP….WHIPPEE… the 42s fit an are baggie in the but like usual…the 40s different brand almost button …im wearing 46s right now and I can tell they are feeling really baggy all over when I wear em anywhere..so…guess the day turned out better then it did to start with yesterday morning…ive been on here before…I know the routine…just seems like this time its harder for me to not get bent outta shape if the scales don’t make me smile when I get on em…something I have to work thru and get thru so that I don’t get down on myself for something the scales arent always gonna tell me..each morning I wake up I just want to get my yellow bibs on and yellow shirt..get my bike out an do my morning ride..but I have already told myself I have to get closesr to 300 before I can start riding again…don’t want to be popping any spokes or worse…I already have my spokes soldiered where they cross for support…something I had to get done when I was popping spokes last year..so just a matter of time before I start riding once again…see when I leave its 5am…most people are just waking up..so I can do my ride an be done by time the roads are starting to get busy..i have a bright light on front an a bright lite on back along with reflectors on back…so people see me 2-3 blocks away..and I know they see me coming cause I have people ask me hey..where did you get that light…or a car will stop at a stop sign 2 blocks away an wait on me to geet by…sometimes its like just go car…im tired…an need to downshift…no mistake about it…I can be seeen when im out riding…well…guess its time to get the tea in me once again this morning…get this day started..i have a new pic…see how many figure out what it says…lol..
318.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

question for anyone...im lookin for something i can add to my green tea that will take the nasty green tea taste instead of the protein mix i use now...any suggestions...

cinnamon, peppermint, milk, cream, honey, eat a small piece of cheese, drinking your tea. I dont want you to be so sad my buddy :-)

sugar, protein, salt, and anything else included in a protein shake that i could be getting from another source

if i was riding my bike, then after a bike ride a protein shake would be refreshing and a quick nourishment

Daily weigh ins are problematic for most people. I even think you have written about them. You have to keep in mind the overall trend, not the day to day fluctuations. Realistic expectations are the key. why must you torture yourself? BTW, me too. Hehehe...stay focused my friend.
