I'm impressed! I look at my little bench and my ten lb dumbbells and my 3 reps of 15 and I just sigh.....baby steps!

@Debrafrederick...if you're at 3 sets of 15reps with 10lbs, move that weight up until you're at a weight where you can do 3 sets of 8 reps....eventually you'll be able to do 3 sets of 10-12, then increase weight slightly to where you're doing 3 sets of 8 again, etc..etc...
