@KP Yep. Scale weight is not that useful by itself when you start leaning out. I am a data whore and consequently keep this ridiculous excel spread to track all this shiznit. If you want a copy, hit me up.

What change did I stop trying to do traditional dieting I started doing Atkins but very quickly change that to do what was feeling good and right for me I don't know quite how to explain but I'm tired of everyone having one plan fits all and yet 98% of all people who go on your diet end up failing within a year

I think everyone here is seeking what works best for them. I don't see everyone trying to do the same plan. It's just so great to see all the different tactics that work for different folks... We're on parallel but different paths, just trying to figure it all out and helping each other!
