day 6 gooooooood mornin fs wakin up to a 52 degree morning here...to cold to layer up an do a morning bike ride..for me anyways..hate to put the layers on just for a 30-40 min ride...i joined the gym yesterday..thinkin on days like this would be a better cardio workout for me until it starts getting warmer in the early mornings..weight is down again this morning..even though i took yesterday off from any real kind of workout..am kinda following the lchf routine along with eating more healthy like i once did...an at same time watching the salt intake...just so hard to keep it all inline at times..well..il update when i get back home..want to eat an get ready..

update..back from 35 minutes on recumbant bike hill program...got bored..not like being outside...but gotta make due till mornings get warmer here...

ty glen for the support...ive just gotten so use to riding outside in the early hours when most everyone is still in bed..that its really hard for me to adjust to doing inside workouts...but something i have to adjust to for a few more weeks..
