OMG!!!! Made Mac N Cheese for the family.(Not for me) I Was very good... Til, I thought, a little won't hurt. So I had, JUST a cup. It was good, but it was enough. Then I added it to my food chart. The carbs were crazy. I forgot how calories and carbs hide. Next time I get the urge. I'll look it up first. My bad today, and it's ok. Next time it won't be. I just have to remember. Think first.
