I'll be saying goodbye to this island that I love today, (insert sad face here) but on a brighter note the "Battle of the Tortilla" can be laid to rest. Nowhere else are they as good as they are down here. I can resist the store bought ones. We will stop in Dallas and visit with one of DH high school friends. On the road means virtually no exercise, I do some limited arm and leg lifts that can be done while sitting.

You score a "win" for keeping your head in the right place while enjoying your vacation. You found the grace to drop some of the rigid adherence to your program, but not let the fun go too far out of bounds. I bet this practice run will serve you well when you get to maintenance.

Ah sorry your vacation has come to an end. That's very cool you will be meeting up with dh HS friend. I hope I do as well as you did when I leave Thursday. It was great fun reading your posts this whole time. Happy for you for taking a vacation. I went to south padre twenty years ago! Safe Travels!!
