Over on carbs but good on calories...rinse and repeat! That has been my pattern all week. I have weakened on resisting the tortillas. Only a few more days left in south Texas, good thing I guess! Not having access to a scale is about to drive me crazy! The suspense is killing me. I have no idea where I am. To all of you who don't weigh every day....I don't know how you do it!

They are my downfall, especially the corn ones. Can't even have them in the house. Poor hubby, his favorite food is Mexican. He has started dinner dates with his son so he can have it. Works for me I get time to myself. Win Win.
