Had fried fish and shrimp tonight, so slightly over on carbs, but not bad as I had no carbs at all the rest of the day. Walked a couple of miles in the surf today and got in a little swimming. The wind has really picked up tonight and it is going to be in the 70's tomorrow, so we are going to Mexico for the day. The food and margaritas are really good at Jessica's in Progresso, but I plan to behave myself!
