Yesterday was a much better day. A little over on carbs and a little under on calories. I had bought a big red grapefruit fresh from the tree and it's gone now. They are so good here in the Rio Grande Valley, had to have one. Don't plan to buy another. First fruit I had eaten in over 6 months. Got lots of walking in yesterday also, spent the day on the beach. Love walking in the surf.
