Need to get serious about this if I want to reach my goal. I have to remember I'M STRONGER THEN THE FOOD. I CONTROL IT, IT DOESN'T CONTROL ME. So, if I fail. Its not the food fault. It's mine. Time to be more responsible.

I went through a time where whenever I started picking I would say to myself I am not a garbage pail and either spit it out or throw it out. It helped as gross as it sounded I had more self respect for myself at those times. You can do this
