Another day with a weight gain. :/
Wow, this weekend's food chaos really is punishing me, huh? I am today 200 grams heavier than I was yesterday, feel bloated and uncomfortable and very unsatisfied with my weight loss. I hope it'll get better soon. I know that I am good on my calories and this is NOT fat gain, but it's still frustrating.
Oh well, surely tomorrow will show a weight loss, right? :)
Life is good!
209.2 lb Lost so far: 132.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

:-(. Don't get dis-heartened, as you say it, can't be a "fat" gain. This process is a learning curve, and you now know, that the eating pattern and food types you had at the weekend, didn't work for you. The same as you found out a couple of weeks ago, that eating a big pizza will give you guts ache. Chin up.... Let's see what tomorrow brings.

In no way discouraged, and you're right - we learn from this. But it IS much more fun doing this when I'm losing weight too. :) Give it a couple of days and I will be back where I was.

You are so right, it is so much more run when you are loosing weight than when you are gaining even if you know it is not fat gain!

Absolutely, Sunshine. The good thing about having done this for so long is to know that it's not fat. I'm naturally not happy about the high number, but at the same time I don't really care. I know I am doing the right thing, and that I will soon get a new low. Sometimes it takes a little while. The last 4 weeks have shown mind-boggling results. I can handle a week with none (if I even get that).

Di, I haven't even considered that. It might have been something like that affecting me also. Who knows, right? Anyways, losing weight today brings me hope of more weight loss through the week.
