Feels Great!!! I'm hoping to hit my goal sometime in March. These last few lbs. just don't want to go. Makes me wonder if my body is just telling me that 160 is my number. Eh, who knows. Can't hurt to try!

I hope you can reach your goal before March. I know what you mean about the last few pounds. You know what is best for you. Soon I will change my goal weight to 130. 

I hope I reach it soon as well! I think my next goal is keep the fat down and start the muscle gain. @-FatWarrior- --> Love your take on my handle. It's supposed to be like a shorthand/phonetic version of "Arctic Fox" It doesn't really work perfectly, but it looks kinda cool?

I appreciate y'all explaining this. I didn't know what it meant, plus I thought that was a dog. Gosh, I'm pitiful. 

Ah, that explains it ,no wonder I couldn't figure it out 100% I'm a southern Gent so we don't arCtic we arTic arDic :D

AND -FatWarrior- -> thank you for the lesson in southern phonics nuance. I'd have never known there were different ways to say Arctic. Makes me want to spend more time down south and just listen to y'all talk!
