Got my walking in today either in the surf or in the dunes. It was warm but the wind was really strong. Sand was blowing and tonight my eyes are burning. Hope it settles down tomorrow. I was great on carbs today, but over on calories. Gotta take it easy on the nuts. Have a great day Buddies!

I'm not sure what beach your walking on but enjoy it for me to. I loves walking on the beach when we go to the coast have 2 trips planned for the beach this year one east and one west. We neither one care to lay on the beach we just walk and watch the waves and look for shells.

Walking is fabulous exercise, especially when it's outdoors like that. I love walking on the beach! So relaxing.

Rhontique, i'm jealous!! Cold in Missouri and calling for snow tomorrow. I love to walk outside, but I have COPD and the cold air bothers me. Suppose to be in the 60's next week and I will be outside! Treadmill and stationery bike for now. I would love to be at the beach!!
