Initially I thought a KETO Plan would be best for me, but I think what I was trying to say is a low carb/low sugar plan is a better fit for me. I believe their similar in the way they work.

You gotta keep searching until you find the WOE that works for you. The best "diet" is the one you can stick to. Best of luck as you work on finding that WOE.
