OH Stromboli, my nemesis! How you flirt with my cravings and tantalize my taste buds. You're a cruel mistress. You leave me with a gut and an unhappy scale! How can something that leaves you so full leave you so empty at the same time? I will take my aggression out on my afternoon run later today!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, I think I put a dent in my "stom-belli" with that run (it's been 8 days since my last run - I think my lungs may have relapsed about 3 months!!). Larrylawfer - Not sure what the Nourish Community is, but it sounds like something I'd be a part of. Sarah - I had forgotten about Italian as well until my boss started talking about calzones last week!... stupid boss! (haha). Skwhite - YES! I so wish bad foods tasted bad. It's all good, though, the longer I eat good foods (fruits, veggies, fiber, protein, etc), the more I don't enjoy the bad ones as much - McDonalds holds nothing for me these days! j_dalbar & FloridaAngel - I enjoyed it immensely and had a fabulous run - my fastest first mile ever - 6:54!! woohoo!!!! Thank you all for the fun and support!! Hope I wasn't a stumbling block with mentioning stromboli - if so - just think "strom-belly"

The Nourish Community is a private group run by Cait Lynch who is a nutrition and exercise coach. Her company is called Custom Fit Vitality and you can find her on Facebook. She is fabulous and gives you great insight into the process of controlling your fitness in all aspects. She could solve your Stomboli issue in a heartbeat with her system.
