Weighed myself - at night, after a weekend of drinking and eating dairy and salt, on my period, with my bra on, and being a little sore from resistance training. Don't know why I did it, but it was 166.6. Obviously there are a lot of reasons for bloat, but it freaked me out, so I'm implementing some new rules to follow for this week.
- One alcoholic beverage per week, starting now. (Save it for Monday night!) - Dessert two nights after dinner per week. - NO DESSERT FOR SNACKS. EAT VEGETABLES AND MAYBE A LARABAR, MAYBE AN EGG FOR A SNACK, THAT IS IT. - Vegan before dinner? - No buns, no bread. - NO DIET SODA. ALTON BROWN RULES.
