I planned on making coconut milk curry sauce with my seafood mix but then this jar of vodka sauce appeared and it was Friday and all. Lol. I used to make it from scratch and it’s the first time I’ve had it in a long time. I don’t really recall how it’s supposed to taste (home made or store bought) but the seafood mix sucked all up all flavors and my concoction needed more seasoning. Oh well, next batch.
