Starting the Curves diet with my mother tomorrow. We have a menu laid out and are ready to commit, though it might be difficult with the rest of our family, picky and prone to complaining as they are.
I am hoping to lose a few pounds over the next month, as I'm set to go to Korea and teach English. Many people lose weight upon moving to a new country, and I'm just hoping to jumpstart that.
I chose the Curves diet because it takes a healthier approach to limiting calories. I know it's not perfect, but it is a great tool for creating meal plans that emphasize getting all the nutrients you need while cutting calories and taking care of your metabolic system.

I tried the Curves Diet many years ago and lost about 10 but lost interest. Would love to try it again. When I did it before, there was a stop light they used to calculate your food intake. When green you had all the fats, protein, carbs, etc. you needed for the day. Do they still have that to track your food? Wish you luck in your endeavors.
