I was excited to see these at Meijer this morning 😍

oooo, I make roasted chickpeas as a nibble. So easy and delish. I'm too cheap to pay for them (blush)

Canned. Drain the can(s), toss with a dribble of olive oil, sprinkle with-zataar, paprika and garlic, toss til coated (lightly or heavily coated, they're your taste buds). Bake at 400F, tossing occasionally so they don't get too brown in one spot, until as dry as you like. We like ours fairly softish.

I have made them from canned and dried - just have to cook the dried in the Instant Pot first. Delicious!
