I’ve been adding both of these to my meals for two weeks now and have seen benefits in both my mood and my stools. (Sorry if that grosses anyone out, but ever since I had my gallbladder removed, I’ve had issues with my bowel) 🤔

@curriemily83_ I sprinkle them into and onto everything. Sauces, salads, smoothies, tacos, wraps…everything! 😍😋

I blend flax with my whey powder and it makes it creamier and clump free. Pinch to a scoop. Quick pulse then start adding other stuff.

I take a capsule of Fish-Flax-Borage oil for an intake of Omega 3-6-9 daily 👍🏻
