Happy 🍟day, friends! We’ve made it to the weekend!

I’ve had zero time to work out, and as a result, I’ve noticed that I crave protein a lot less than usual. It’s the first time since last summer that I’m struggling to hit my daily protein goal of 100g, so I'm just enjoying some meat-free meals here and there and am not forcing it. I’ve been craving greens and crunchy things, so tonight’s early dinner is this weird mix of deliciousness.

Tomorrow is my first gym day in forever, so I know I'll be getting back into the swing of things. I'm very excited and maybe even a little nervous. Can I still hit 300lbs on the leg press? Can I still DL my body weight? We will see tomorrow morning. 💖🧜🏻‍♀️

Muscle memory! Those muscles in of yours will bounce right back! When we go on vacation I still work out but usually I bring my 10 lb weights. That's a big difference from what I use in gym. It takes me about 2 visits after a lengthy absence to regain my strength. If I didn't need all that protein ( due to weight lifting) I think I would follow more of a Mediterranean style diet...I'm not a huge fan of meat. Stay strong Mermee, 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
