I was doing strength training today and I've been so hungry all day long 🤦... I've been eating but I'm still hungry. Allowed myself some wiggle room with my calories today but it was all from healthy foods so...yay to that I guess

RozanaMax, I honestly have no idea. I think in my case though, I had been doing a lot of cardio specifically HIIT so having to do a strength workout particularly (leg day🤦😭) was no joke and I think my body or maybe my muscles realised that...coz wow...I ate almost 600 calories over my daily allowance but hey I took in nutritious food, counted yesterday as a cheat day and moved on today🤷. Decided to listen to my body in this instance.

I have also been starving when I do cardio with a bit of HIIT. Have been upping my protein though. All the best!!
