I’m doing very bad! I have to let off the snakes and hopefully I can get back on track! I have done it before and I can do it again! I have to knock down this wall! Lol! I can do it!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
