dont figure pigged out a little bit and lost a pound did some yardwork but skipped my exersize. I dont get it but a pound down is ok maybe a pint of ben and jerrys ill lose a few more lol
302.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
