Wanted to get out of 88KG and I did. Just barely haha. I'm thinking of taking measurements of my waist and such with measuring tape. I read another person's journal entry on how that can show you a little bit more than a scale in terms of the small changes in your diameter.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
