Fasting blood sugar 138/ weight 167.8
Took hubby for follow up appointment with cardiac doctor today. No heart damage, just needed the pacemaker. One more appointment tomorrow, with his general practitioner, then we are finished for 6 months. We are in for a cold week, in the 20s tonight, with 6 and 7 degree weather predicted for next week, coldest we have had in 10 years. I covered up my grow box on the front porch— the spinach is about an inch tall. I bought some early transplants, cabbage, kale, onions , Brussels sprouts, but they won’t be planted until this cold spell is over.
Macros: 36/48/16; calories 1375; fiber 13.8; bedtime glucose 109 in spite of all the bread I ate today. Cold weather is time for soup and chili, and cornbread and biscuits!
163.9 lb Lost so far: 21.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
