Happy Friday!

Had my planned indulgence day yesterday, eating only about 260 calories more than usual, so I feel pretty good about that. My only slip up was in making the sour cream and dill mashed potatoes for the guys, I had to keep tasting them for seasoning. I must admit these were big and highly enjoyable tastes!

Wow Buffy only 260 more- well done, you should feel good about that. Glad you enjoyed the tater tasting, and had restraint and didn't eat the whole pot;)

I agree with you Buffy a treat of 260 once a week is only 37 calories a day, which is really not going to make any difference...especially if you are a little down on a few of those days.....but no more this weekend!!! lol

Neptune - The source of our inspiration is an individual thing. I had 0 inspiration in 2013 but something has kicked in for 2014. Keep searching and you will find yours!

I am on board with Neptune. I believe Buffy has her inspiration back too. She is losing her pre-Christmas weight. We all are back in business!!! Super Bowl with super healthy snacks! It's all good!

Neptunebch you will find the inspiration, it is very hard, I lost it for 6 months, after a divorce and a challenging year I decided to step up this year and stop boohooing, so I told myself to cowboy up buttercup and so far so good.
