Fasting a.m. blood sugar 147; weight 168 (Yay! "0" gain)
Plan: Egg fast today/IF/exercise
Breakfast: mocha coffee. Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled in butter, with 1/4 c. cheddar cheese. Afternoon snack: cheese stick, mocha coffee. Supper: scrambled eggs with sausage, salsa, provolone cheese. Supper was hubby's request and it fit right in with my plan for the day.
Macros 5/73/22; 984 calories; fiber 4.1; net carbs 9.9; net kcals -1104

Great planning. I haven’t had an egg fast in years but on keto I feel like I could develop an adversity to eggs eating them so frequently
