Fasting a.m. blood sugar 115; weight 166.6
Plan: Continue Diet Dr. 5 week keto challenge/IF/exercise
Skipped breakfast. Lunch: veggie soup, cheese stick, mocha coffee. Supper: Two egg and cheese muffins, two mini muffins with hemp hearts, cocoa powder, almond flour.
Fell when I took food out to the garage for our two new cats. Tripped on something and landed on side of face. Man, that ground is hard when it hits your face. Didn't break anything, skinned knee and a bruise is appearing on my cheek.
Macros 20/55/25; 772 calories; fiber 7.8; net carb 32.47
