Fasting a.m. blood sugar 155; weight 165.9
Plan: follow Diet Doctor 2 week keto challenge/IF/exercise
Drank mocha coffee for breakfast; cottage cheese and blueberries for lunch, turkey deli slices, cheese stick. Supper: turkey patty with spinach, cheese, pickles, ranch dressing. Snack: cocoa, low carb bread, butter. Went past my 1000 calorie goal by 17 but I'm rewarding myself anyway. That's $10 in my new clothes cache! Did not do my exercises today. Bedtime glucose 99.
