Plan: Continue Diet Doctor 2 week keto challenge/IF/exercise
Another busy day with two appointments. Having a lot of business to put in order this week. Skipped breakfast. Ate lunch at Cracker Barrel: catfish, green beans, broccoli, one cornbread muffin. Supper: Italian meatloaf, cauliflower, parmesan cheese, kiwi fruit. Snack: mocha coffee and cheese stick. Went over my 1000 calorie goal by 14, but I rewarded myself a $ anyway. I think that was close enough. Found time to ride exercise bike and do arm exercises.
