Plan: Diet Doctor two week challenge/IF/exercise.
Skipped breakfast except for mocha coffee, lunch was Keto cheese muffins and mixed nuts; supper was leftovers: keto chicken casserole, cole slaw, no bake cheesecake. Busy day, chiropractor appt., dentist appt. Laundry day, grocery shopping. Rode exercise bike, did arm exercises with weights. Bedtime glucose 98
