Fasting a.m. blood sugar 139; weight 167.5 Plan: Continue egg fast/skip breakfast/drink green tea all day/exercise/pay myself a $ if I can eat 1000 calories or less. My goal is to get back down to 165 by Friday morning. The norther arrived during the night, with cold rain. This is a good day to stay home and catch up on my reading.
