Gave up Diet coke in the abundance I used to drink it about a year ago. Occassionally I have one and they just are not as tasty as I remember so one is quite enough.
Quite excited about my weight loss this past week, I know it's simply because I've made myself get up and move. Even though the weather has had all my athletical injured parts hurt...LOL. Looking for a shipment of wobenzyme n from Garden of Life this week. Its supposed to quell the joint issues.
Today is my fast day, so I will be having just 3 smoothies + water.
Needed the Raw protein since I don't get to stop just because I've no energy...lol
