Fasting a.m. blood sugar 167; weight 166.9
Plan: OMAD today. Stay away from nuts -- I love them like chocolate!
Making homemade chili without beans today. Was some chili left at lunch so I used it as the base for a veggie soup. Must be my day to cook... I also made sugar free apple cranberry butter today. Rode exercise bike and did arm exercises with weights.
