I'm ok with the up fluctuation today. Last night's Crack Pot (Instant Pot) stew haven't had since last winter was so worth it. Including the forbidden potatoes. Yum!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
