9st 7.5 (1 off @WW) Really pleased that sticking with things has paid off in the end, and it encourages me to keep on :-) I've fairly walked my legs off today, I'm a bit worried now I've sat down I won't be able to get up again, my hips might seize up!!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
