Okay I know this looks less than appetizing, right now.
This is my homemade salsa. I throw it in the food processor after. It actually gets hotter in a few days.

40 Jalapeños, 30 Habaneros, 40 Serranos, tomatoes, paprika, red chili powder, and some other added things that I don’t share. I do roast my peppers prior. 😬 I like it way hotter and usually include Thai chili and an extract but I had to tone it down for the guests tomorrow. Haven’t had a single thing too hot for me and that’s including ghost pepper extract. And I have heard from people “You’re white. It can’t be that hot.” So I let them taste it. They usually end up regretting tasting it but then become addicted because it has more than just heat. It has flavor. Tooting my own horn. 🤣
