It’s been a month sense I last counted calories or weighed myself and I’m pretty much the same. ☺️ I have been running more then before but not skipping meals.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
