Yesterday was a culinary CF of delicious proprtions. Knowing my sodium intake would be off the charts I puropsely didn't record anything after lunch. We ordered our traditional KFC and it was such a fabulous indulgence! Of course, that means no games today, no messing around. I got this!
My girl, age 7, made me a breakfast plate of strawberries and blueberries. Such a thoughtful girl! I'll add them to some cereal to round things out.
I also need to look up some back stretches. This is the second or third day I've woken up to a stiff back. Not acceptable. I also need to hunt down a battery for my scale. I got the "Lo" reading when I popped on yesterday. Gotta get after that!
